AR Specialist

We are looking for detail-oriented, self-driven AR Specialist to be part of our Finance & Accounts Team. You will play a key role in ensuring stellar accounting practices and independently handle your duties. You will also coordinate with colleagues within your function and India BU.

This exciting opportunity is 100% based out of Mumbai, Office.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain financial integrity by processing AR transactions and payment postings in accordance with credit policies while ensuring monthly subledger - to - ledger reconciliation through proactive collaboration with Sales, CSRs, and customers to resolve data discrepancies.

• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts, provide outstanding statements or reports to customers. 

• Update Shipping bills, Duty Drawback, Export benefits and bank Acknowledgement details in the system.

• Manage the end-to-end export documentation process by preparing and lodging bank submissions, ensuring timely courier of L/C and sight documents, and maintaining proactive communication with banking partners to guarantee smooth trade transactions
