Accounts Payable Specialist

We are looking for a Accounts Payable Specialist. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in our office in Gebze. 

What you’ll do:

• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording bank, cheque and loan related data in compliance with policies and procedures
• Regular customer credit risk control and reconciliation of employee accounts and company credit cards
• Preparation and submission of weekly Account Receivable aging reports and regular communication with customers about collection 
• Monthly inter-company reconciliations
• Weekly payment list preparation and providing relevant approvals based on company policies
• Assisting Accounting Manager about preparation of month-end Account Payable and Account Receivable, Reconciliations of Account Receivable and Trade Payable accounts

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Possessing problem-solving skills; being detail-oriented, punctual, and organized
• Having at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
