Marketing Specialist - Senior

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist Senior to join our team and support the Flavors business in Tlalnepantla. Marketing Specialist Senior will need to have solid experience in Works closely with several other departments, including Sales and R&D. Will be responsible for leading marketing and pricing strategy for Flavors BU’s to drive growth and profitability across product portfolios. We are looking for a hands-on person with a strong commitment to flawless work.

What you’ll do:

• Ownership of marketing insights that fuel consumer preferences.

• Be on top of food trends and have a culinary-inspired approach to solving customer problems.

• Pulse on global brands and insights. 

• Work closely with a wide set of customers, from CPG to Food Service customers.

• Works cross-functionally in the organization and has customer-facing interactions. 

• Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting

• Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.

• Proficient with marketing-related software programs (mintel, euromonitor, taste wise, etc)

• Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients.

• Marketing intelligence for pricing.

• Marketing strategies that focus on a Sensient internal environment, especially its employees (endomarketing).

• Manage creative aspects of communication, such as presentations, newsletters, events and product collaterals.  

• Content Creation & Creative Lead.

• Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, habits, and trends.

• Skilled at using data to identify trends and translate them to actions.

• Market Insights & Trend Spotting.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: 

• 4-7 years of experience in a marketing or culinary or creative agency role, preferably in the food or flavor business.

• Degree in Food Science, Social Sciences, Marketing. MBA preferred.

• Must possess strong communication skills.

• Working knowledge of the creative platform.
