AP Specialist

We are looking for detail-oriented, self-driven AP Specialist to be part of our Finance & Accounts Team. You will play a key role in ensuring stellar accounting practices and independently handle your duties. You will also coordinate with colleagues within your function and India BU.

This exciting opportunity is a Contractual Role and is 100% based out of Mumbai, Office.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for managing all aspects of Accounts payable including processing of invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors etc. Verify invoice accuracy, reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies. 
• Record all invoices pertaining to Import / Local purchase and service invoices as well as post and reconcile the same with Vendor Statement whilst identifying and errors / discrepancies and resolve them before final process.
• Assist Finance & Accounts Team in month end Closing / Reporting and Statutory Compliance Activities like TDS / GST etc.
