
Sales Account Manager Philippines

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager focused on the beverage segment to prioritize maximizing sales volume and gross margin across all product lines. Achieving the territory sales plan is crucial, alongside fostering robust relationships and bolstering Sensient Philippines' corporate reputation with customers and potential clients.
This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and innovate with other teams, so even though the priority is to be in the field with customers, some presence in the office (Biñan City in Laguna) will be also required.
What you will do:
- Conducting regular meetings with customers is crucial for understanding their needs and aligning them with our products such as gathering new product project requests facilitating communication with the Technical Service Lab for development is crucial.
- Encouraging collaboration and work closely within the organization and establishing multiple touchpoints are key strategies for success. Developing a comprehensive territorial coverage plan is essential for efficiently managing all accounts and prospects.
- Acquiring in-depth knowledge of accounts, including key profiles, and fostering relationships with decision-makers are vital aspects of the role. Operating within the allocated budget and adhering to company policies is paramount.
- Forecasting annual sales, actively participating in the sales pipeline, and providing detailed activity reports are integral to monitoring progress. Reporting on competitive scenarios, market trends, success stories, and customer feedback helps in shaping strategies for growth. Regularly submitting expense accounts and call reports ensures transparency and accountability.
- Managing sample requests effectively by providing necessary information for decision-making is key to meeting client needs promptly.
- Continuous communication with management, product teams, and technical staff ensures adequate support for securing new business opportunities.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemisty or equivalent.
- Strong sales competencies, sales experience or technical background with proven customer success.
- Strong communication, motivational ability, and teamwork sense.
- Ability to travel regularly to customers.
