Sales Support Coordinator

In your role, you will provide excellent sales support to our business. You will have opportunities to interact with diverse cultures, learn to interact with customers, and also record trends/analogous data sets based on past successes in order to create more accurate forecasts so their company is able offer better service going forward.

What you'll do:

• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
• Send/Provide documentations and guidelines for all SEA/Thailand/Oceania customers.
• Input customer questionnaire into customer portal on behalf of SAM as well as samples request for Australia/Indonesia accounts, includes to check the sample request with the sample compounder
• Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information (samples report, pipeline, Accounts).
• Update prices in ERP annually and if needed during the year.
• Check on new prospect leads for the region in Sales Force and exchange them with SAM
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches/ marketing tools and ensure sales team/partners/customer is on board.
• Collecting Forecast from Sales team and partners (some accounts). 

What you'll bring:

• Ideally, you hold a bachelor’s degree in food sciences or chemistry  
• 1-3 years experience in Sales support. If you are a new graduate with zero experience but wish to pursue a career with Sensient, we are also ready to welcome you. 
• Communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
• The abilities to deal with people, prioritize, and communicate in English will be a strong foundation for your career advancement at Sensient.
