Sr Project Manager - Engineering

We are looking for an Engineering Project Manager. He/She is responsible for leading and delivering industrial engineering projects to support the site’s development and optimization. He/She coordinates all CAPEX investment and ensures compliance with deadlines, budgets, and applicable regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and manage engineering projects (new equipment installation, renewal of shopfloor, facilities upgrade, etc) 
• Oversee the full project life cycle: feasibility, design, installation, commissioning and handover to operations
• Ensure coordination between different departments (Production, Quality, HSE, Maintenance) during project execution
• Implement innovative solutions to modernize equipment and infrastructure

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree (MSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related field)

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management

• Proven experience in managing industrial projects within a regulated environment

• Knowledge of regulatory standards (GMP, safety, environmental regulations, etc)

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and project management tools (MS Project, or related)

• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Well-organized with strong analytical and synthesis skills

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment

• Occasional travel required
