Finance Analyst Senior / Contrôleur de gestion industriel

We are looking for a Senior Finance analyst to join our Cosmetic Europe Business Unit (BU) to support its development. The aim of this role will be to support the organization to achieve further growth in the Personal Care market.

Located in our office in Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône, you will report to the finance director

What you’ll do: 

• Ensure the integrity of products costs (update the standard costs, review them for accuracy through margin reports, review variances to the standards to identify corrective actions and to update the forecast, bridge gross margin period over period, …)
• Provide effective financial and business analysis to support decision making
• Drive profitability by designing cost reduction plans and supporting commercial activities 
• Support the Finance Director with reports and analysis for Budget and month end closing;
• Implement best practices in connection with the Global Cost Accounting Shared Service team

What you’ll bring:

• Strong analytical skills in cost accounting with experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and in mass data manipulation. Computer literate and functional in the use of integrated business systems. Previous experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Team player and demonstrated hands on self-starter with the ability to identify and proactively resolve business issues.
