AP Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Payable colleague to join our Finance team, full-time in our office in Illkirch, France, and help drive accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across our accounting operations.

What you’ll do

• Own the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle, from invoice processing through payment runs, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on time

• Reconcile vendor accounts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations

• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve accounting issues

• Support internal and external audits alongside the Management Accountant and Financial Controller

What you’ll bring

• Solid, hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting, with confidence navigating the full transaction cycle

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in French or German is an advantage in our multilingual environment

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards, together with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and present financial data

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment, with a collaborative, proactive, and positive approach to teamwork
