Join Our Dynamic Team as a Sales Account Manager North India!

Sensient is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to oversee the North India Sales Region. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping customer relationships, driving annual sales growth and contributing to our innovative portfolio of Flavours & Food Colours.

This job will be based out of a home-office in Delhi NCR- North India.

As a SAM, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers, qualifying prospects, and maximizing business potential in your designated sales territory.

What you’ll do:

  • Sell value-added solutions and ingredients within the Food Flavours / Colours industry, driving growth and expanding market presence.
  • Manage and grow existing business while acquiring new customer accounts, building strong relationships across all relevant levels.
  • Handle Food & Beverage accounts in North India, collaborating with decision-makers to develop and execute new product development projects.
  • Develop, implement, and manage account-specific strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, monitor competitive products, and leverage internal resources (Marketing, R&D, Technical & Manufacturing) to drive successful outcomes and support client needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ideally experience in Food Ingredients / Flavours / Colour Sales, with a track record of driving growth and securing new business opportunities.
  • Expertise in account management, including strategy development, sales forecasting, and project management.
  • Deep knowledge of market trends, competitor products, and the ability to leverage internal resources for customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage client expectations.
